Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will grant you absolute authority over your e-mailbox accounts and mail campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new e-mail account in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, create e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and secure your e-mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against junk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mails according to specific rules defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and edit the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect mail messages from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest.
